Established in 1995, Shijiazhuang Huacheng Automobile Accessories Co., Ltd. (original named Shijiazhuang Internal Combustion Engine Parts Company.) is specialized in manufacturing engine valve for heavy duty truck, agricultural & engineering machinery, marine power and other models. We have 67 employees, it occupies the area of 50 thousand square meter, annual production capacity is over 10 million pcs of intake & exhaust valves. Our processing range for the valve stem diameter is from 6mm-16mm.The company have independent research and development team, the proportion of engineering technicians is more 30%. In 2010, the company conducted complete technical innovation and upgrading for production equipment process flow. CNC connection processing line ensure machining precision of products, U type quenching for valve rod slot, Valve seat welding (STELI), Welding of double metals, Automatic continuous furnace for heat treatment. All of these improvements and optimization ensure products consistency and reliability of products performance, it get widely recognition from customer and market.We are the OEM supplier for Geely Sichuan Commercial Vehicle Co.,Ltd, Chengdu Auto Engine company, FAW Diesel engine factory, Shenyang Kexiang Power Machinery company, Yuchai Power company. It passed ISO9001 in 2006 and gained ISO/TS16949 certificate in 2008. We can design and develop new products based on the special requirements from customer.
